Smarter Tech Visit Preparations
For everyone’s health, we are doing everything we can to limit close person-to-person contact with our techs. That means working with you to see if we can troubleshoot and resolve problems remotely as a first option. Years of experience have shown us that many issues – especially those related to network connections and error messages – can be handled over the phone.

If you do need a Fantastic IT tech to show up, we’ll ask you to have a single person ready to meet our team members on-site. This should be someone who has access to the room or equipment where assistance is needed.

Safe and Distanced Site Visits
Once our tech shows up at your office or location, we are going to take every precaution against the spread of illness. That includes keeping a minimum distance of 6 feet from any person who might be present. We’ll even give you advance notice of our arrival so you can schedule lunch breaks or other activities to prevent your staff from needing to interact directly with ours.

In situations where it’s necessary to have one of your employees or managers present, your Fantastic IT tech will ensure that a safe distance is maintained. And of course, we’ll ask anyone from your team to wear a mask since we will be doing the same.
